The Beautiful Co. is a high-end boutique salon offering hair and lash services in downtown Greenville, SC. We started serving Greenville in 2017 and continue to seek receptionists who are a fit with our values and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and check them in.
  • Prepare coffee and tea for clients and team.
  • All client communication.
  • Communicate and solve problems with Owner, Front Desk team, and Stylist teams.
  • All client appointment scheduling and checkout.
  • Point of Sale and cash drawer management.
  • Sale and inventory of retail products.
  • Receive, unbox, and organize all deliveries.
  • Clean and maintain entire salon
  • Develop ongoing personal relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to salon safety and cleanliness standards.

Details and Requirements

Scheduling

  • We expect our receptionists to be able to work the following schedule. The schedule ranges from 32 to 49 hours per week.
  • Monday
    • 8:30am - 4:30pm - Closing Shift
    • Note: If scheduled for Saturday, the following Monday is not scheduled.
  • Tuesday
    • 9:30am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday
    • 8:30am - 4:00pm - Opening Shift
  • Thursday
    • 11:30am - 9:00pm - Closing Shift
  • Friday
    • 8:30am - 4:30pm - Closing Shift
  • Saturday
    • 7:30am - 4:30pm - Opening and Closing Shift
    • Note: Scheduled every third week.
  • Monthly schedules are posted a week or two before the month begins.
  • Overtime is paid time and a half for time exceeding 40 hours per week

Holidays

We take mandatory breaks for the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Any other time off is at your discretion and will need to be approved at least three weeks in advance.
